Razz had been avoiding doing this course, he didn't really have a pokemon who'd do to well in it so he was glad that he could avoid it. Well at least until he was recently gifted a pokemon who COULD and she wanted to take part in the games as well with fierce determination. So here he was water gun in hand, not that he planned to use it. The ranger was half blind and thus no depth perception, hell there were still days where he bumped into doors and people because he could't read the space properly. [break][break]

Though that didn't seem to deter Iris, though as she was new he wasn't sure she understood just how bad he was going to be she just pumped herself up with a SHELL SMASH when the bell rung and the two were off.

Water gun this time huh? Maybe too many people got hurt from the paint balls. Oscar didn't complain, last time the paint balls caused too much trouble. Sama the salazzle was joining him once again, concocting a Nasty Plot on how best to conquer this course. She had taken it on once before with mediocre results. Hopefully she could surpass her previous performance.

With her master by her side, Sama charged forward to start the course.

Razz attempted to shoot at one of the targets every attempted seeming off though as he was having trouble judging correctly. Iris looked up at him with a pout and all he could do was shrug his shoulders, "Sorry girl this just really isn't my game," was all he could reply hoping his team wasn't as bothered as she was about his lack of ability. Once more she used SHELL SMASH as she sent icicles over at her trainer's targets to help pick up the points which seemed to go well. "Nice."

Oscar missed every one of his initial shots, meanwhile Sama was sharpshooting all of hers. Oscar groaned, "You're making me look bad!" Sama chuckled at her master, performing a few fancy fireball shots between chuckles. She kept up her Nasty Plot, formulating a dreadful demise for every target in her path.

Oscar continued to miss, his anger perhaps degrading his aim. He was forced to calm himself, breathing deeply before taking his next few shots. The last of them hit bullseye, perhaps this wouldn't be a complete shit show after all.

seeing that marcel's pokemon got all huffy, the smeargle backs away a distance. perhaps the display is enough to psych him up for the upcoming event.

when he sees the smeargle do its thing, kyle simply hands it a gun that would've aided the trainers to help their pokemon. it's not like kyle can aim on his current condition anyways, and it's much better for his pokemon to do it instead of messing around.

It seems like there were fewer and fewer targets as they were going a long the course, though it didn’t take lack of depth preconception to see why as it seems like there were Pokémon off the course shooting at them with WATER GUN themselves to slow them down. It wasn’t until they were closer did Razz notice the targets they wore around their necks. Okay they were apart of this and Iris seemed to be pretty good at shooting them, though he had to make sure to run and grab her as one of the attacks almost hit her.

Just when Oscar thought he was starting to do a lot better, he received a spray of water to the face. He gasped and cursed as he wiggled around, trying to get wet hair out of his eyes. Just when he adjusted well enough to see again, he was sprayed in the stomach. A bunch of god damn pokemon were water gunning at them from the sides! Sama was undeterred, using her Nasty Plot to find weaknesses in their arrangement to exploit. While Sama got to work, facing the water pokemon head on, Oscar did his best not to freak out. "Fuckin' hate getting wet, no one fucking said we'd be getting wet!"

and then there was kyle, standing a good fifteen feet away from his pokemon, who continued to blast away at their targets. since he was on the offensive, only he was getting the aggro, until kyle felt a blast of water on him as well.

"fuck," he murmurs as he sweeps his damp hair back.
